PoCo Saints Beat Burnaby Lakers

Monday night, the Saints easily handled the Burnaby Lakers, reeling off 8 straight goals after falling behind 1-0 en route to a 13-5 win. Their three leading scorers for the season led the way again in the victory. Dylan Foulds (2g, 5a), Connor Frost (4g, 2a) and Clark Walter (2g, 3a) are among a balanced PoCo attack that includes five players with at least 15 goals and 33 points.

A couple of days ago, we noted the burgeoning success of the Burlington Chiefs in OLA Jr A action. A similar story is emerging out west as the Port Coquitlam Saints are enjoying a breakout season in the BCJALL.

 

The Port Coquitlam Saints moved into second place in the BCJALL standings after they beat the Burnaby Lakers for the second time in four nights on Monday. They won both games by identical scores of 13-5.

The Saints now have 20 points in 14 games, three behind the league-leading Coquitlam Adanacs, who’ve also played 14 games.
